Exporting project data from Pincello to Excel is a simple process that takes just a few seconds. The short guide below illustrates how it works.
From the timeline gallery in Pincello, select and open the graphic whose data you wish export to Excel.
Either from Data View or Layout View, click on the small Export to Excel icon you can see on the Timeline Options Bar in the upper-right of the screen.
Quick tip: You can also find the Export feature in the navigation bar: simply click the down arrow next to your timeline’s name in Data View or Layout View:
Pincello will instantly create an Excel file out of your timeline’s data, which you can save on your machine and edit as needed.
Note: To ensure no data is accidentally lost, the timeline maker will export even the hidden milestones or tasks. However, locked data (in the case of revoked or expired Plus licenses) cannot be brought to Excel unless the user re-upgrades to Pincello Plus.
